Application

- You should be at least 18 years old.

- You live in a state we service

- You have an active and valid checking account (savings and prepaid accounts are not accepted).

- You have a job or a regular proven source of income.

- You have an email address and a verifiable phone number.

You need a valid checking account that accepts ACH credit and debits. savings and prepaid accounts are not accepted.

Your results should be available within seconds of submitting your application. We may need to contact you to verify your identity, income and banking information before the loan is approved. In the event we are unable to approve your loan, we'll provide you a reason for denial.

Our loan amounts range from $200 to $5,000 depending on your CreditCube status and payment history with us. First time customers are usually eligible for up to a $500 loan. Returning customers may apply for bigger loans with lower rates. Please see our Rates & Terms page for more information.

You can login into your account page by clicking the sign in button at the top of the screen. Once logged in, you can find the status of your application and update your information.

Due to the Military Lending Act, CreditCube is not available to applicants listed as Covered Borrowers in the Military Lending Act database.

CreditCube is a tribal enterprise, wholly owned and operated by the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians, a federally-recognized American Indian tribe and sovereign government. All communications and/or transactions conducted via creditcube.com will be deemed to have occurred on tribal land. Your Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians, and to the extent applicable, federal law. The laws of your state of residence or your physical location will not apply to any agreement you enter into with us. Indian tribes are sovereign nations with the right to enact laws related to commercial activity. Generally, state laws are not applicable to Indian tribes or their business operations. Federal laws are sometimes, but not always, applicable.

Payment Options

Approved applications will typically be funded on the following business day, subjected to your bank.

Yes! Paying off your loan early can reduce the overall cost of your loan and advance your CreditCube status.

To pay-off your loan in full or partially, you can log-in to your member's area or contact our customer support team via phone during our working hours or at support@creditcube.com

CreditCube does not have any prepayment penalties. We encourage you to pay back your loan early and save on interest!

To ensure our customers get to have the best borrowing experience possible we encourage you to contact us BEFORE your due date in case you believe you won't be able to make the payment on time.

Our customer support specialists will do all in their power to assist you in the matter.

We encourage you to contact us with any problem and explain your situation. Our team will always prefer reaching solutions together over escalation.

Escalation of the situation may result in:

  1. Further interest and fees added to your balance.
  2. Your account being moved into our in-house collections department.
  3. You will not be able to borrow with us until your debt is settled..
  4. Involving 3rd party collections agencies.

Additional steps may be considered as well.

Loan Information

You have 3 days from the date you signed your loan agreement to change your mind. If you decide that the loan isn't right for you, simply download and fill our Notice of Cancellation Form and send it over to our customer support team at support@creditcube.com . You will repay the principal and will not be charged any fees or interest.

Please login into your CreditCube account on the top of the screen where you will find a customized dashboard with your loan information.

Any Agreement entered into as a result of this Application shall be governed by applicable Tribal and federal law. Each aspect of communication and transaction with/on this site will be deemed to have occurred in CreditCube’s Big Valley Band of Pomo Indian Reservation offices, regardless of the location where you are accessing or viewing this site.

⚠ Please note: This is an expensive form of borrowing. CreditCube loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short-term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long-term financial solution! Examples of emergency reasons why these loans might be used include unexpected emergencies, car repair bills, medical care, or essential travel expenses.

* Loan approvals are subject to underwriting. Approval may take longer if additional verification documents are requested. Not all loan requests are approved. CreditCube reviews your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets our lending criteria. You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a Loan. We verify applicant information through national databases including, but not limited to, Clarity Services, Inc., a credit reporting agency, and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

** Maximum loan amount is $500 for first-time customers. For returning CreditCube customers, rates may go down over time based on your CreditCube Loyalty Program status and your payment history with us. Please see our Loyalty Program page for more information.

*** Loan Applications processed and approved before 3pm EST Monday-Friday are typically funded on the next business day. Example: If your loan is processed and approved on Friday before 3pm EST, the loan will typically be funded on the following Monday. Deposit times may vary depending on your bank. Business Day means Monday through Friday excluding all federal banking holidays.

CreditCube does not lend to residents of Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Minnesota, New York, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Illinois and Georgia. Availability of installment loans in your state is subject to change at any time with or without notice at the sole discretion of CreditCube.
